BidaDate — Community Rules

1. Who can join

• You must be 18 years or older. BidaDate is not available to minors under any circumstances, and we may remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
• You must provide accurate information during profile setup (name, age, gender, location). Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your age is not allowed.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts used to manipulate rankings are not allowed (see Section 3).

2. Profile & content standards

• Photos must be real, recent photos of yourself. No stock photos, no photos of other people, no photos primarily featuring another identifiable person without their consent.
• You must not upload obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic images of yourself — including nudity intended to arouse, explicit poses, or images that would reasonably be considered indecent in a public dating context. This applies to all profile photos.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that sexualizes minors — this applies to photos, bios, and usernames. Violations result in immediate removal, may be reported to relevant authorities, and may lead to a permanent ban with no refund (see Section 6).
• No graphic violence, hate symbols, or content promoting illegal activity.
• Any social media links you add to your profile are public. Only add links you are comfortable sharing.
• No other contact information (phone numbers, email, external links) in your bio outside the designated social handle fields.
• No solicitation of money, services, or commercial promotion through your profile.

3. Ranking & bidding rules

• Rankings are shown on district, state, and country leaderboards among members who match on gender and preference. Higher bids generally mean a higher rank.
• Bids are final. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the limited circumstances in which a bid amount may be refunded.
• Do not use multiple accounts, stolen payment methods, or automated/bot activity to manipulate your rank or another member's rank. We reserve the right to void bids, suspend accounts, and withhold payouts related to fraudulent activity.
• BidaDate does not guarantee that a higher rank will result in matches, messages, or any particular outcome. Ranking affects visibility only.

4. Interacting with other members

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive messages toward other members are not tolerated and will result in account suspension.
• Do not use information from another member's profile (including their social media links) to harass, stalk, dox, or contact them against their wishes.
• If someone asks you to stop contacting them, disengage respectfully. Continued unwanted contact after a clear request to stop is a violation of these rules and may violate applicable law.

5. Safety

• BidaDate is a platform for public visibility and connection — it does not conduct background checks or verify the identity, intentions, or safety of any member beyond basic account verification. Use your own judgment when interacting with or meeting anyone from the platform, especially in person.
• Never send money, gift cards, or financial information to another member.
• Meet in public places for initial in-person meetings, and tell a friend or family member where you're going.
• If you believe a profile is fake, underage, or engaged in a scam, report it immediately (see Section 7).

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, warn, suspend, or permanently remove (ban) any account that violates these rules, without prior notice.

If we find that you uploaded obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited profile images, we may terminate your account immediately. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund of any bid amounts already paid, including amounts paid before the violation was discovered. 7. Reporting violations

If you see a profile, message, or behavior that violates these rules, report it via anoop@levantate.in. We review reports and take action as appropriate, though we cannot guarantee a specific response time given the scale and nature of this project.

8. Changes to these rules

We may update these rules as the platform evolves. Continued use of BidaDate after a change means you accept the updated rules.
